Terms of Service

These terms apply to R2H Social Core and to this website (r2h-ai.tech). R2H is an independent product studio operated by Ramy Elattar ("R2H", "we", "us"). By connecting a TikTok account or using the publisher, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

R2H Social Core lets you connect a TikTok account you control and publish one video at a time to that account. Connection uses TikTok Login Kit. Publishing uses TikTok's Content Posting API directly. You choose the video, caption, privacy setting, interaction settings, and commercial disclosure. The video is sent only after you check the confirmation and press Post.

TikTok has not approved public Direct Post for this application. Until TikTok grants that approval, the publisher accepts only the private "Only me" privacy level, even when TikTok lists other privacy levels for your account.

2. Your account

• You may connect only a TikTok account you own or are authorized to manage.
• You can log out, disconnect the account in the publisher, or revoke access in TikTok's settings.
• Data handling and deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your content

• You keep the rights to the content you upload. You give R2H permission only to store that video temporarily and to send it to TikTok when you confirm the post.
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content, for the rights in it (including music), and for following the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for the commercial disclosure you select.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use R2H Social Core to post spam, to post content you do not have rights to, to misrepresent the account, to bypass TikTok's limits, or for an unlawful purpose. The publisher will not send a post you have not confirmed, and it will not send the same uploaded video twice for the same account.

5. TikTok

Posting depends on TikTok. TikTok controls creator options, video limits, processing status, and whether a post is accepted. TikTok's terms and privacy policy apply to the connected account and to content that reaches TikTok. R2H does not control TikTok's review of this application.

6. No warranty

R2H Social Core and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that TikTok will accept a post or that the service will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, R2H is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by TikTok, arising from your use of R2H Social Core or this website.

8. Suspension

You can stop using the publisher by logging out and disconnecting. We may suspend access if these terms are breached or if TikTok requires it.

9. Changes

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
